Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of themirror.agency (the "Site") and the diagnostics, reports, and sessions offered under the brand The Mirror Agency. The Mirror Agency is a trade name (doing business as) of Proper Progress LLC ("we", "us"), the legal entity that owns and operates the business and is responsible for processing payments and handling customer transactions. By using the Site or booking a Mirror Session you agree to these terms.
All purchases, invoices, and Stripe charges are processed by Proper Progress LLC and may appear under that name on your statement.
1. The service
The Mirror Agency is a strategic clarity and pattern diagnosis practice for founders. The Site provides two free diagnostics (the Blind Spot Finder and the Mirror Report) and the option to book a paid one-to-one Mirror Session with Kate Nissim.
Our work is strategic in nature. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or financial advice, and should not be relied on as such.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account or use someone else's account without permission.
3. Diagnostics & reports
The reports generated by the diagnostics are produced from your own responses and are intended as a starting point for reflection and decision-making. They do not guarantee any specific business outcome. You are responsible for the decisions you make in your business.
4. Mirror Sessions, payment, and the clarity guarantee
Mirror Sessions are booked through our scheduling provider. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments are processed by Proper Progress LLC through our payment processor (Stripe) and may appear on your statement as Proper Progress LLC or The Mirror Agency.
Clarity Guarantee. If you leave a Mirror Session without a clear reading of the pattern and a direction to move on, you do not pay. To invoke the guarantee, let us know within seven days of the session and we will refund the session fee in full.
Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the start time may be charged in full. Additional refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, the Mirror Method™, the Blind Spot Finder™, the Business Mirror Report™, the written content, and the visual design are owned by Proper Progress LLC and used under the brand The Mirror Agency. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from this material without written permission.
Your assessment responses and the report generated for you remain yours to use in your business.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site to attempt to break, probe, or interfere with its security, to scrape its content at scale, or to submit unlawful or harmful content.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Site and the diagnostics are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability arising out of or related to the Site or the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
