The Mirror Agency is a trade name (doing business as) of Proper Progress LLC ("we", "us", "our"), the legal entity that owns and operates this website and is responsible for processing payments and handling customer transactions. This policy explains what information we collect when you use themirror.agency, how we use it, and the choices you have. Purchases and invoices may appear under Proper Progress LLC on your statement.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, business name, and email address. If you set a password we store it in hashed form only.
Assessment & diagnostic responses. When you complete the Blind Spot Finder or the Mirror Report we store your responses and the report generated from them so you can revisit them on your dashboard.
Booking information. If you book a Mirror Session we receive the booking details from our scheduling provider (Calendly), including the time you selected and any notes you provide.
Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) and basic analytics to understand how the site is used.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the diagnostics, reports, and dashboard you signed up for.
- To deliver booking confirmations and the report copy you request by email.
- To improve the diagnostics and the quality of the reports.
- To respond to messages you send us through the contact page.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your assessment responses to train third-party AI models.
3. Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to operate the site: hosting and database infrastructure, Calendly for scheduling, and an AI provider that generates the written portion of your report from your own responses. These providers process your data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
4. Data retention
We keep your account, assessments, and reports for as long as your account is active so you can return to them. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@themirror.agency.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email above.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, scoped database access) to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to notify you if a material breach occurs.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email.
