Meet Kate

Kate Nissim is the Founder & Strategic Advisor of The Mirror Agency. For more than a decade she has worked across marketing, operations, growth, leadership support, facilitation, and business development — with founders, small businesses, service providers, and growing organizations.

Across that range of work, one capability defined her practice: quickly identifying the underlying pattern affecting a business — whether it surfaced as stalled growth, team dynamics, unclear positioning, leadership friction, or decisions that kept going in circles — and translating that read into a clear strategic direction.

Her approach combines strategic thinking, systems awareness, pattern diagnosis, and practical action. She helps founders see the hidden assumptions, recurring dynamics, and structural constraints shaping their results, and turn that visibility into stronger decisions and better business outcomes.
