Refund Policy
The Mirror Agency is a trade name (doing business as) of Proper Progress LLC, the legal entity that owns and operates the business and is responsible for processing payments and handling customer transactions. All purchases, invoices, and Stripe charges made through themirror.agency are processed by Proper Progress LLC and may appear under that name on your statement.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all paid products and services offered through themirror.agency, including but not limited to Mirror Sessions and any paid reports, programs, or digital materials.
2. Digital products and immediate-access services
Many of our offerings are digital in nature or provide immediate access to proprietary content, frameworks, or written reports. Once access to a digital product has been granted, or once a service has commenced, refunds may be limited or unavailable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
3. Mirror Sessions — Clarity Guarantee
Mirror Sessions are covered by our Clarity Guarantee. If you complete a Mirror Session and leave without a clear reading of the pattern and a direction to move on, you may request a full refund of the session fee by contacting us within seven (7) days of the session.
Sessions rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice are not charged a fee. Sessions cancelled or missed within 24 hours of the start time may be charged in full and are generally non-refundable.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us directly at hello@themirror.agency with your order details and the reason for your request. We will review each request individually and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Approved refunds will be issued at the discretion of Proper Progress LLC and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment processor (Stripe) and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.
5. Circumstances where refunds may not be granted
- Digital products or reports that have already been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
- Services that have already been substantially performed.
- Sessions missed without notice or cancelled inside the 24-hour window.
- Requests made outside the time windows described in this policy.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. Charges will appear on your statement as Proper Progress LLC or The Mirror Agency.
7. Governing law
